We were engaged to perform the MEP engineering and design for a very challenging custom home project with exacting systems performance expectations and limited spatial allowances due to unique Architectural vision. Dan engaged with us and the Architectural team during the design process to provide invaluable feedback on both constructability and cost savings opportunities. He approached those unique challenges of the project with a solutions oriented mentality and provided creative solution suggestions. What was most refreshing was his willingness to think "outside of the box" to help solve for some of the most difficult, spatially constrained areas of the project. His input ahead of time during design phase as well as his dedication to quality installation in the field during the construction phase were most certainly two key components to the project's success.
